  3. During the conveyancing service, if your solicitor is required to complete an additional piece of work for you, they will advise you of this before you incur the cost and will advise you of the other services they can provide you with to help you with your conveyancing service.
  1. Please note that Conveyancing House is not a solicitor or Conveyancer firm and doesn’t complete any of the conveyancing services for you. Conveyancing House complies with its obligations under the terms of the SRA Standards and Regulations Dated 25 November 2019, that is available at https://www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/standards-regulations/code-conduct-solicitors/    in particular (Chapter 5)  5.1-5.3: Referrals, introductions and separate businesses  & ( Chapter 8)  8.6-8.11: Client information and publicity.  The solicitors pay Conveyancing House a marketing fee for introducing clients; however, this is paid by them, not the client and does not affect the client’s quote.

Conveyancing House is not liable for their professional conduct/dealing with any user or for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or whatsoever.
  3. You should be 18 or over and be entitled to instruct for the conveyancing service on the relevant property.
  4. We recommend discussing your conveyancing requirements with the solicitors before making your final decision to instruct the one that best matches your needs. Only instruct a solicitor once you are satisfied and happy to do so.

No Completion No Fee

  1. We know sometimes buying and selling transactions do not complete as per plan. Our sale and purchase conveyancing services are covered with a No Completion No Fee Promise. Most of the solicitors and conveyancers at our panel also offer that if your First Transaction falls through, the solicitor will carry over your Initial Deposit to the next property or buyer you find. This means you get your First Transaction for free if the worst should happen. We strongly advise asking your selected solicitors about their No Completion No Fee policy before instructing them.
  2. Buying or selling (except auction buying and selling) Conveyancing services are ONLY included in No Completion No Fees promise.
  3. Our No Completion, No Fee Promise does not cover third party costs/disbursements that you contractually incur during the conveyancing process.
