It’s very easy and straightforward for Regulated Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Surveyors to join the panel of Conveyancing House. You can download a spreadsheet to complete with your profile, services and prices, from the work with us page of this website. You will upload the duly filled spreadsheet and submit the Join Us form. Once we received both the spreadsheet and the Join Us form, we will send you our Partners Referral Fee Agreement which will need a signature from you. As we received your signed agreement, we will activate your account to receive validated conveyancing leads.

It’s free to join, no sign–up, monthly or annual fee. There is no time bar to leave and you leave the panel anytime you like.

There is no limitation; you may select any rejoins to offer your services. If you wish and have the capacity, you can put forward your services all around the UK.

Yes, all Solicitors, Conveyancers and Chartered Surveyors who work with Conveyancing House are committed to providing fixed fees quotes based on clients provided information. We also welcome new Law Firms and Chartered Surveyors on our panel, if they are happy to offer their services on a fixed fee basis.

To save your valued time, Conveyancing House refers you Confirmed Converted Leads only. We charge a fixed referral fee of £90.00 for a single transaction (Sale OR Purchase) and £120.00 for a dual transaction (sale AND purchase). The referral fee is charged for confirmed converted leads only and it is covered by our NO completion No referral fee commitment. Conveyancing House asked the client to pay a quote reservation deposit of £90.00, in case of a single transaction and £120.00 for a dual transaction; to secure the law firm quote. Once the law firm and the client entered into a service contract, Conveyancing House will keep this deposit money against the law firm’s referral fee account and the law firms will adjust this deposited amount from the client’s total quoted fees.

Once a client is happy with your quoted price and wants to instruct you, he/she will click on the “INSTRUCT THE FIRM” button, an email will be sent to your registered email address instantly. You will also receive the client’s contact details, property details and the quoted price to proceed. The client will pay a deposit amount of £90.00 for a single transaction OR £120.00 for a dual transaction to Conveyancing House and you will receive the remaining amount directly from the client.

Yes, you can update your profile, phone number, email address, prices, or any other information at any time. You can send us the information you want to change at partners@conveyancinghouse.co.uk and we will update it within 48 hours. We are upgrading our partner’s login page and very soon you will be able to do these types of changes into your account directly by log-in in to the partner page at any time.

We know sometimes buying and selling transactions do not complete as per plan. Our sale and purchase conveyancing services are covered with a No Completion No Fee Promise. All solicitors and conveyancers at our panel also offer that if a client’s First Transaction falls through, the solicitor will carry over the client’s Initial Deposit to the next buying or selling transaction.  Buying or selling (except auction buying and selling) Conveyancing services are ONLY included in the No Completion No Fees promise.

Law firms will provide their own “NO COMPLETION No FEE” commitment to the clients.

If you are VAT registered, please let us know at the time of joining us. We will add the VAT to the prices we quote on your behalf.

Yes, you have the right to cancel the agreement with Conveyancing House at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
